We offer railway, road, and waterway transportation services to ensure that goods reach their destination safely and in the shortest time possible. For shipments by sea, we guarantee delivery to the designated port within 15 days after the cargo is ready for loading.

We promise to acknowledge and confirm clients' complaints and grievances within one business day. For quality issues, we will arrive at the client’s site within 2 days for local cases, 4 days for domestic cases outside the province, and 7 days for international cases to conduct verification, and resolve the issue within 10 days. For cases requiring further inspection and analysis, we will provide a final resolution within 15 days.
